Exchange Policy:
The quickest way to receive a different size or color is to return the original product and place a new order through our website.

3. Timeline and Refund Method

  • Return Assessment: Within 3 business days of receiving your return, we’ll notify you whether your return has been approved.
  • Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.
  • Bank Processing Time: Please allow up to 15 business days in total for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Items Not Eligible for a Full Refund

  • Items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery due to personal use.

Transactions are processed in GBP.
