At CADREAL, we want every customer to feel confident about their purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a clear and straightforward return and refund process for orders placed on cadreal.com and delivered within the United Kingdom.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. Return Window

  • You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and bundled/free items.
  • Sale and promotional items follow the same return rules unless clearly marked as non-returnable or final sale on the product page.
  • We do not charge any restocking fees.
  • Our support team is available to assist you throughout the return process.

2. Return Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible.
  • Once approved, return shipping is free.
  • Any standard delivery fee paid at checkout will also be refunded.

Change of Mind (Including Wrong Size or Colour)

If you no longer want the item or ordered the wrong size/colour:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Any original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

3. Condition of Returned Items

If returned items show signs of use, damage, or missing components not caused by our error, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect the loss in value.

4. How to Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason.
We aim to respond within 48 hours on business days with return authorisation and instructions.

Step 2: Repack

Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, manuals, and any free or bundled items.

Step 3: Ship

Follow the instructions provided in your return authorisation email.
We may recommend a carrier, but you may use any tracked shipping method. Please retain proof of postage until your return is fully processed.

5. Refunds

  • Once received, returned items are inspected to ensure they meet our return criteria.
  • Inspections are completed within 5–10 business days of receipt.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days after approval.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (e.g., card or PayPal), unless store credit is agreed upon.
  • Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refunded amount.

6. Exchanges

If you need a different size, colour, or product, contact us with your order number.
In most cases, the fastest option is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned unless faulty.
These items are clearly marked as non-returnable on their product pages. Please review product descriptions carefully before ordering.
