1. Shipping CoverageWe currently ship orders only within the United Kingdom.
At this time, international shipping is not available.
Shipping is completely free on all orders within the United Kingdom.
There are no hidden fees or additional delivery charges — the total amount payable is always clearly shown at checkout.
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) on business days are typically processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM, or on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
- Standard handling time is 1–3 business days.
Once your order is dispatched, standard delivery takes approximately 3–4 business days.
Including processing, the total delivery time is typically 4–7 business days from the date of order.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
All shipments are handled by trusted courier partners, such as UPS, and are insured against loss or damage during transit.

5. Tracking Your Order

6. Delays and Exceptions
While we strive to deliver all orders on time, occasional delays may occur due to:
- Severe weather or transport disruptions

- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you to provide an update and offer the option to continue with your order or request a full refund.
If your order does not arrive within 10 business days after dispatch, please contact us at info@cadreal.com so we can investigate or arrange a replacement.
7. Missed or Failed DeliveriesIf the courier is unable to deliver your parcel (e.g., no one is available to sign), they will typically:
- Attempt re-delivery, or
- Leave a calling card with instructions to rearrange delivery.
If a parcel is returned to us after multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment or a refund.
8. Risk and InsuranceAll shipments are fully insured while in transit.
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the parcel is successfully delivered to your address or a secure drop-off location designated by the courier.
We are committed to delivering orders within the specified timeframes.
Under UK consumer law, if we fail to deliver within the agreed period (or within 30 days if no date is specified), you are entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
